October 29, 2008 - Cobra Starship at the Fillmore on the Sassyback Tour

Cobra Starship put on a show with their seizure-inducing lights and frontman, Gabe Saporta’s dancing and crowd interaction. Their backlights were mostly of purples, pinks and blues that were challenging the sun on brightness. The frontlights for the set were pretty dim compared to the blinding rave going on behind them. Due to the band members all being crazy tall, I tried to avoid shots where they were near the front of the stage creating unattractive upward angles.
